Accommodation

The front door leads into a large open plan kitchen, lounge and
dining area. The whole villa is floored with white cooling ceramic
tile. The kitchen area comprises of an electric oven and hi-speed
electric hob. There is also a dishwasher andwashing machine.

Upper Level

The Main Room

This light and airy room is the centre piece of the house. It is equipped for satellite television (BBC1,BBC2,,SKY News,etc).

You will find the lounge cool in summer, but cosy in winter, as the whole house comes equipped with electric storage heaters. There are electric radiator/heaters in every room for the cooler part of the year.

The dining area has a large granite top table which seats eight comfortably. French windows open on to a South and West facing balcony. There is a washroom and separate WC off this lounge area.

Also on this floor is a fully equipped kitchen, including a double built in oven, separate hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedroom 1 and 2

Leading off from the lounge area there are two bedrooms (one double and one single) or one bedroom/dressing room which in turn leads into a large bathroom with his and her sinks.

Ground Level

Lounge 2

The stairs lead down into a small lounge area which contains a sofa which can turn into a bed. This means that this room could be used as a second lounge or simply as a place for the kids to relax and watch television.

Bedroom 3

As you reach the bottom of the stairs, this bedroom is on the left hand side. It contains three single beds and there is plenty of storage space and lots of room to move around

Bedroom 4

Leading on from the second lounge, this is another double bedroom with an en-suite WC and shower room. French windows in this room lead out into the front garden and driveway of the villa.
